The Travel Suppliers include some fees retained by them for their services, taxes, and other costs. When you book with a Travel Supplier through this Site. You allow Freschannel and its affiliate companies to book reservations or enter into contracts. With Travel Suppliers on your behalf for the total price displayed. Including such fees and any applicable taxes or charges related to the Travel Supplier's or Fareschannel’s services.
Fareschannel is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies on the Site or for the failure of Travel Suppliers. From whom you get services through this Site, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, railroads, car rental agencies, tour operators, consolidators, vacation packages, activities suppliers, traveler assist service providers and insurance providers. In offering travel management services, Fareschannel does not approve, or guarantee. Or insure the products or services offered by an external supplier. If a supplier defaults before providing the service to you for which you have paid. Your sole recourse for a refund will be the defaulting supplier, any insurance covering such defaults. Or any other responsible third party, unless such loss was caused by fareschannel. If a provider defaults before providing services. You may pursue any legal or statutory action against the supplier for a refund.
Except as indicated below, Freschannel accepts no liability for activities. Connected to travel services that are beyond Fareschannel’s or its employees' control. Fareschannel is not responsible or liable for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, nonperformance, or irregularity. Or any consequence thereof caused by any Travel Supplier's carelessness, default, or any other act or inaction. Fareschannel must not be accountable for any price fluctuation, timetable modification, or equipment. Lodgings for any travel service that occurs after booking and payment for such service. Fareschannel is not responsible for any depiction of travel products. And services provided by any supplier of travel products and services. Including but not limited to photos, listed amenities, ratings, and discounts.
Fareschannel serves as a value-added solution for retail travel brokers and consumers. Fareschannel has no control over the acts of the providers from whom it acquires travel items or services and accepts no liability for their actions.
Fareschannel is not responsible for final currency conversion or rates. Paid for overseas travel products and services after making a travel reservation with us. You accept and acknowledge that currency rates fluctuate. Any given pricing in local currency on the Site is a guideline and is not binding on us or the Travel Supplier.
Certain travel reservations may be non-refundable once booked and paid for. Or there may be a penalty for canceling or requesting a refund from the seller of travel products and services. Cancellations and refunds may incur a penalty once tickets have been issued. We have no control over the printed prices of the tickets. While some may have BT (bulk fare) printed on them. Others may have a specific value put on them that may be different (lower or higher) than the amount collected.
